Michael and Kaitlin got engaged on the last winter weather weekend of the year. Their trip was unfortunately planned since spring decided to wait until the day they were leaving, but we all made the best of it and got some wonderful photos in spite of the wind.
With the help of the fantastic staff at William Hill Estate Winery, we adjusted tasting locations and proposal spots on the fly to ensure that Kaitlin would not have to say “yes” through chattering teeth.
Despite all this, it was a lovely afternoon. There was a boardroom with big windows to enjoy the views for the wine tasting and they were dog friendly so their pup could join. With the barrels as a backdrop, Michael got down on one knee and proposed to love Kaitlin forever. I don’t think I’ll ever tire of watching these magical moments unfold before me.
