FAQ

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER?

01

I decided to make photography my profession in 8th grade, studied Photojournalism at RIT and began documenting weddings and families in 2010.

I took my small business full time in 2016.

WE ARE AWKWARD IN PHOTOS. CAN YOU HELP US?

02.

Yes! I have worked with many self professed awkward people and love to interact with my subjects to get natural expressions. I balance posing with natural movements and will always take the time to explain my thought process while we work together.

DO WE GET TO SEE EVERY IMAGE?

03

No, truthfully, you don’t want to. I go through your images and weed out all of the unflattering angles and expressions. What you receive is an artisan edit of the best of the images captured that day.

HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION CAN I SEE MY GALLERY?

04

For weddings, I promise delivery at no more than 2 months past the wedding date. For families I aim for about 1-2 weeks for every hour we're together.

WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND WE GET OUR FILES PRINTED?

05

I highly recommend using my professional lab. It’s super easy to order prints through your online gallery where they have already been calibrated to their printers so that what you seen on your screen is what your final product looks like. Using big box stores to print images greatly diminishes the quality and durability of your photos. If you would rather print on your own, I recommend www.mpix.com for the best consumer quality results.

WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE TO THE DIGITAL FILES?

05

You may print the images on your own, share with family and friends, and post on social media. The requirements with social media are that you cannot crop or edit the images, always provide image credit, and link back to me when you post.
