ABOUT ME

I’m an New Jersey native but I've lived in a number of places in my adult life.

I love exploring with my taste buds. Food, wine, craft beer, I’m always curious and will try anything once. Except bugs, no bugs.

I love ice cream above all other foods.

I’m drawn to great storytelling in many forms. Movies, podcasts, photo stories, HONY, I soak up narratives like a sponge and use them to inspire my own work.

Although I pursued a degree in photojournalism, I found that what felt most fulfilling was working one on one with my own clients. It fills me with joy to create beautiful images of the love and connection that people share.

I often get the comment that others feel quickly at ease with me. I’m easy to talk to and eager to listen. These compliments are so meaningful as it’s a feeling I seek to foster with everyone I serve.

I’m very easy going, keeping my calm despite chaos swirling around me. I find this comes in handy in life as well as work.

CREATIVE VIEWPOINT

I believe that unguarded moments are the most beautiful. I love creating romantic photos with stunning backdrops, but if I can catch you making a funny face at your groom when he says something that is just so typically him, then that will be my favorite image of the day.

I believe in going all in on every wedding I photograph. I will laugh, cry, dance and experience every moment of the day right along with you. All from behind the camera of course.

I believe that photos of your family should capture the whole of their personality. Though always ready to capture the smile, I find quirky expressions to be way more fun. Because of this, I photograph babies between 10 days and 3 weeks of age so they are awake and expressive. This is when their little personalities really shine through.

I believe that you are beautiful just as you are now. We are all striving to be the best version of ourselves but it is important to also embrace where we are now and find joy in our present.

I believe in community and giving back. I donate 5% of each

wedding I photograph to the Alzheimer’s Association and 5% of portrait sessions to Story Core. I am also active in the local Alzheimer’s Association chapter, volunteering my photography services for local families and events.

I believe that life is an adventure and I welcome the opportunity to travel wherever you’re inspired to document your life’s moments.
